EKU Makes List of Top Online Police Studies Degree Providers
EKU offers one of the best online degrees in law enforcement according to SR Education Group. The EKU Online Police Studies degree program ranked #11 on a list of colleges offering the best value to students.
“Making it on this list shows high academic standards and a commitment to affordability, two key factors important to prospective students,” wrote Taitum Ridgway, a representative of SR Education Group, in an email to the university.
Reviewers collected information from the National Center for Educational Statistics, as well as university websites. Schools were ranked based on tuition and academic strength.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the job market for policing and related occupations is good. Nationwide, the median annual income is $61,600 per year. Those with a bachelor’s degree and experience are expected to have the best job prospects. EKU Online students can choose an associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree in police studies.
